WHAT IS HAVELLS HAPPINESS?

Havells Happiness is a mobile number-based loyalty program designed exclusively for Havells loyal consumers which offers great savings, priority service and much more.

Any non-registered member can enrol in Havells Happiness Program through Havells Sync App and WhatsApp handle (9711773333) after purchasing Havells products and registering its product via Service Technician/ Havells Sync App /Havells Website/WhatsApp Handle (9711773333).

Consumer can register the product through Havells Sync App /Havells Website/WhatsApp Handle (9711773333) by following below process: -
Scan QR code available on product packaging > Share name & invoice date > Upload Invoice

There is no registration fee or processing fee to subscribe to the Havells Happiness Program. Enrolment in program is FREE of cost.

Your registered mobile number will be your Membership Number.

Members earn up to 3% tokens on Loyalty eligible price (70% of Product MRP) on purchase of eligible products (Refer TnC of program) and registering it with Havells.

You can redeem tokens at Havells brand stores & Havells e-store website. At the Havells brand stores, redemption of points can be done during billing of product through OTP verification sent on your registered mobile no.

No, you cannot redeem tokens in same transaction. Tokens can only be redeemed after 24hrs of earning time.

No. Application to the program is a one-time action that entitles you to become a Havells Happiness member.

The PREMIUM and PRIVILEGE tiers have a validity of 24 months, starting from the day you reached the higher tier. To retain or upgrade your tier, you must have certain spending threshold within the next 24 months.

Tokens once redeemed for purchasing products would not be credited back on cancellation or return of product purchased by redeeming tokens
